When ordering by e-mail, please include the following information:
- your name;
- your organisation (if any);
- your full delivery address (and invoicing address, if different), including post code;
- your daytime telephone number and fax number (if any);
- your e-mail address;
- the products and quantities ordered;
- for upgrade orders, your existing product's version number and serial number (or version number and registration details for shareware products);
- your cheque or international money order (issued in UK Sterling, GBP), or credit card details. We accept the following major credit cards:

- card number,
- expiry date,
- start date or issue number, if available,
- CVC (security code),
- name of cardholder,
- address of cardholder (if different to delivery address).
