Non-Profit Use

CoCo Systems offers reduced prices for VisiMap Professional to academic institutions and their students, to registered charitable organisations, and to individuals who meet certain conditions and use the product solely and strictly for non-commercial purposes.

The reduced prices are not available for individuals who are in the paid employ of any profit-making organisation (including individuals who are self-employed), even if the intended use is purely personal. We will not grant the non-profit discount for orders bearing a commercial organisation's name, nor for orders whose accompanying payment is made by a commercial organisation (such as a company cheque or company credit card). We will also not issue invoices or payment receipts for a commercial organisation.

For academic institutions, orders should be placed on the institute's headed notepaper, while individual orders by students should be accompanied by a copy of their recognised student card. Registered charity organisations should also place their orders on their headed notepaper bearing their registration number. For on-line orders, we will accept this documentation by fax, or scanned and attached to an e-mail.

Individuals claiming the discount for non-profit use must provide a written claim of entitlement which confirms:

The claimant is not in the paid employ of any profit-making organisation.
The claimant will use the product strictly for personal use, and not in connection with any form of commercial activity.
The claimant's method of payment is not backed by a profit-making organisation. If the payment is made by credit card, the claimant must confirm that the card is not registered in the name of a commercial organisation.

Provided full payment is received with your order together with acceptable evidence of entitlement, we will normally grant a substantial discount off of our net list prices. This discount normally applies in addition to any other general offer price that is in effect at the time. Please see our VisiMap Professional page and on-line shop for prices. Please note, however, that CoCo Systems Ltd. (and it's agents) retains the right to withdraw this offer without notice, and to refuse the non-profit discount to any claimant at it's own discretion.
